Mochi Pals ships Pokemon cards from Australia. All prices and shipping rates on this page are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the exact rates charged at checkout.
Auspost Standard — $10.00 AUD — 1 to 4 business days. This is the default option at checkout.
Auspost Express — $15.00 AUD — 1 to 4 business days. Express uses the Australia Post Express Post network, which generally moves faster between metro areas than the standard network.
Signature on delivery — $3.00 AUD extra. Optional add-on that can be selected with either shipping method at checkout.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $200.00 AUD and over. The discount is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout once your item subtotal reaches the threshold — there is no code to enter. Express shipping and the signature-on-delivery add-on are still charged at their normal rates.
Orders are packed and posted within two business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery windows shown above are the transit estimates published by Australia Post and start once the parcel is lodged. They are estimates, not guarantees — Australia Post delivery times can be longer during peak periods, to regional and remote areas, or where a new set release causes a volume spike.
You receive an order confirmation email as soon as payment is confirmed. Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post you can track it with the tracking number we send you, or email support@mochipalsau.com and we will look it up for you.
Single cards are sleeved and shipped in rigid protection inside a sealed mailer. Sealed products — booster boxes, booster packs, elite trainer boxes and tins — are shipped in their factory-sealed state. We never weigh, search or reseal sealed product.
Please double-check your street address, suburb, state and postcode at checkout. We post to the address exactly as entered. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and re-send once the return reaches us; a second postage charge applies.
If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email support@mochipalsau.com with your order number and we will investigate with Australia Post and sort it out with you.
Orders can be placed from outside Australia and the same two shipping options are offered at checkout. International parcels are posted through Australia Post; transit times are longer than the domestic estimates above, and any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping charges are separate from our returns terms. Returns are available for 30 days on unused items in their original packaging — see the refund policy for the full conditions.
